My subscription is coming to an end do I need to do anything?


Your subscription will automatically renew as the subscriptions repeat automatically unless you have selected to cancel/expire your policy through the My Account section of the site or sent an email to customer services asking them to do this for you.


If you have cancelled or expired your subscription you can re-subscribe through the website by logging in using your username and password and then selecting My Account and the subscription that you require.

 

We would advise you to check your payment details especially if you are paying by credit/debit card to ensure that the card numbers and expiry dates are correct as we cannot  re-open closed subscriptions once payments have been rejected. You can update your payment details via the 'my account' section of the site, you will need to make sure your payment details are updated on the site before your subscription is due to renew otherwise your subscription will expire automatically.
