I Have Received An Email For A Password Change, But Never Requested It
This is an erroneous password request. What has happened is another user, who has forgotten his/her own username, has tried to logon using your username. As they don't know the associated password, they have requested a change of password. Naturally the email has come to yourself (It's your account) and not to him/her.
This has not compromised your account or your data, it can happen on occasion and we apologise for the inconvenience.
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to stop this from happening apart from changing your username or removing your email address from our system.
