Windows Media Player

 

You need to have the latest version of Windows Media Player, version 9, 10 or 11 to enjoy multimedia. You should have at least Windows 98 Second Edition if using the 98 system.


To make sure that you have all of the codecs that are currently supported, reinstall or upgrade Windows Media Player. To do so, visit the following Microsoft Web site:

If you have a Firewall (hardware/software) or any other related security software running on your PC it may well affect your access to the site. You should consult the manufacturer's manual or contact them directly regarding the package/hardware configuration.

Please ensure that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed on your PC.

 

Please go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ to ensure you have the latest version available.

 

 

Security & Privacy Settings

 

Can you check to ensure that you internet settings are set to Medium.

 

To do this:

 

Select 'Tools' from the Menu Bar

Select 'Internet Options'

Select the 'Security' tab

 

At the lower half of the screen under the heading 'Security Level for this Zone' please ensure this is set to 'Medium-high' - If this is not then please press the 'Default Level'

 

Please also ensure that your Privacy settings are set to Medium.

 

From the 'Internet options' box please select the 'Privacy' tab - please ensure that this is set to Medium. If this is set to high or above then you will be unable to access the sites.
