Flash Player 8+ plug-in

The player uses the Adobe Flash Player to display video controls, display caption text and indicate download status. The Flash Player is a small piece of software installed onto your operating system and is used by web browsers to display Flash content. You can download the Flash Player by clicking on the following link: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

For archive videos and some live content you will need Windows Media Player

The player will use Windows Media Player (WMP) to deliver video to your browser. As a result of necessary security features, only version 9 or above are supported. The WMP can be downloaded for free by clicking on the following link: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/11/default.aspx
Once installed you will be asked to restart your PC - please ensure that you have saved anything that you have been working on or this will be lost. It is important that you restart your computer to ensure correct configuration of the WMP. Windows Media Player is not available on Apple Mac.

Windows Media security access (DRM)

Windows Media Player contains security features that allow content providers to control what content can be played. This is known as DRM (Digital Rights Management). This requires a DRM Add-on to be installed into your browser. To add the file required please use the following link http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/Indivsite/en/indivit.asp
