If you are experiencing problems with the application, it may help if you remove the application and reinstall it.

 

Remove application:

 

1) To avoid losing any application data, first sync your iPhone with iTunes to back up your information.

2) Touch and hold any application icon on the Home screen until the icons start to wiggle.

3) Tap the "x" in the corner of the application you want to remove. You may be prompted to rate the application.

4) Tap Delete to remove the application and all of its data from your iPhone.

5) Press the Home button to lock the Home screen icons again.

6) Proceed to the next step to reinstall your application.

 

After removing the application from your iPhone, please use the following steps to reinstall it.

 

Reinstall application:

 

Open the App Store on iPhone and locate the application to reinstall. As it is a paid App, tap the price and then "Buy."

If prompted, enter your iTunes Store account information.

You are prompted to download it again for free. Tap "OK" and iPhone will download and install the application.

After the application is installed, check to see if your issue is resolved.
