I Have Paid For The Application But It Does Not Appear In My iTunes or iPhone
If you have downloaded the application and it is not showing on your iTunes library or iPhone then please supply us with your UDID number and we can get this investigated for you. To locate you UDID number please follow the instructions below:
1. Launch iTunes
2. Connect your device
3. Once iTunes has discovered your device, click on the iPhone in the left menu of iTunes
4. You should see an overview page for your device
5. Locate the area on this page where there is a bit of status text saying "Serial Number: XXXXXXXX"
6. Using your mouse click on this text and it will change to "Identifier: <and around 30 digits>"
7. Press Ctrl+C (on PC) or CMD+C (on Mac)
8. Then paste or press Ctrl+V (on PC) or CMD+V (on Mac) to paste this number into an email to send this UDID number to us
Alternativelly you can download an iPhone Application called UDID Sender using the following link Click here (Requires iTunes)
This application will obtain your UDID number.
