Infrastructure Admin Assistant
|SO WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?|
As the Admin Assistant your role will be to assist the Data Centre Manager in raising Purchase Orders and the tracking of costs. Working across all the areas of Infrastructure you will be helping keep costs and orders processed and receipted. Ordering will include Web/Domains, Network Hardware, Servers and IT Sundries.
|WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE?||% of role|

|Assist with arranging access to data centre facilities and racks.||10|
|Administrate external support agreements working with the DC Manager to liaise with vendors, suppliers and third parties||1|
|Help maintain all relevant documentation for rack designs and layouts||5|
|Provide access and support to operational infrastructure staff as and when required||5|
|Administrate asset database||20|
|Raising Purchase Orders in Perform’s procurement system||20|
|Track the delivery of goods to Perform, and receipting of goods once arrived||10|
|Obtaining quotes from our preferred suppliers||5|
|Ability to work with peers and other departments||1|
|Booking travel where required||1|
