CRM Manager (US0072) - Lower Manhattan, New York, USA
|JOB PURPOSE (SO WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?)
Based in New York as an experienced CRM manager you will work within the marketing team and deliver our customer communications strategy in Canada. Experience with working within an Canadian based market. A passionate sports fan with an intuitive understanding of customer experience, you’ll harness your depth of knowledge in digital & mobile CRM to create game-changing CRM initiatives that strengthen our relationship with our customers. You will have experience of working with agencies and will have run successful initiatives for a major brand or sports property either in-house or at an agency.
|KEY DELIVERABLES (WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE?)||% of role|
|Localise and evolve our global CRM strategy in Canada to drive membership and customer value||30%|
|Devise and manage multi-channel CRM initiatives that drive engagement, conversion, & recapture / reduce churn||20%|
|Create customer surveys and preference capture methods to develop a deeper understanding of our customers and identify new areas of opportunity||10%|
|· Build and manage a high value beta community program||15%|
|Provide full analysis and reporting on the performance of our CRM activities and subscription lifecycle||15%|
|Manage and own the CRM relationship between our local and central marketing teams||10%|

|Proven experience in email / mobile campaign management, analytics, & optimisation||4|

|DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS (DO YOU HAVE THESE DESIRABLES?)|
|5+ years marketing experience (2 of which in dedicated CRM role)|
|Degree level (or equivalent) education in related subject|
|Experience working in a digital, mobile, or subscription based environment|
|Proficiency with HTML & CSS|
|Experience working in an international environment / global organisation|
|Line management experience|
