SO WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?

The Digital Marketing Manager – Fan Activation will drive acquisitionand retention of fans across for digital innovations using digital channels, we’ll be looking for low CPAs and high CLTs which will include a Fantasy League (a first for FIBA). This is your chance to get in on a project early and start to shape it for success. This will be followed by other potential products as the FIBA Media Digital Marketing Product Portfolio becomes more and more successful, all driven by you.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE? % of role
Launch a new product and make it successful 10%
Grow the Fanbase with the given budget 10%
Retain the Fan base 10%
Pull on the Perform gaming team for resource and expertise within the agreed contract 10%
Work with the sponsorship sales manager to create new opportunities for brands 10%
Work with development team to ensure we delivering an amazing product 10%
Manage various stakeholders who all bring their own skills sets 10%
Work with the rest of the team to ensure all our work in being leveraged 10%
Work with data scientist to leverage insight for optimisation 10%
Define KPIs, report on progress and results in a structured methodical manner 10%
DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN INTERVIEW? Skill Level (out of 4)
Basketball and Fantasy League Fan / Player
Fantasy League marketing experience
Experience in planning and delivering multi-disciplined digital marketing across, social (Paid, owned, earned), Paid Media, SEO, Email, PR and content
Start-up ambitious attitude
5+ years’ digital marketing experience
Worked in global capacity (to some degree)
High attention to detail, who has a keen eye on the numbers and focused on getting the results.
Methodical in project management
