SO WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?

As a Facilities Assistant, you’ll be responsible for supporting our Park Row office working across all Perform platforms.

You’ll carry out facilities administration including meeting and greeting guests, organising meeting rooms, managing orders and being the first point of contact for the office.

We’re looking for a confident person with previous experience in a busy fast paced environment, who has an eye for detail and likes being part of a team, if the sounds like you this job could suit you perfectly.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE? % of role
Managing meeting room bookings in a timely manner 10
Raising purchase orders and managing receipting 5
Ordering stationary and subsistence for the office 10
Management and handling of all Facilities related jobs on the Perform CAFM system 10
Administrative duties including delivering post, organising couriers. 20
Visitor management of all guests and visiting Perform staff 15

DO YOU HAVE THESE DESIRABLES?

Knowledge of Microsoft package Office 365 and teams
Experience working on a CAFM system
Knowledge of Oracle
