Office & Facilities Specialist (ITA0069)
|JOB PURPOSE (SO WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?)|
As an Office & Facilities Specialist, you’ll be responsible for supporting our new Italy, Milan office.
You’ll carry out Facilities duties including meeting and greeting all guests, organising meeting rooms and managing switchboard.
We’re looking for a confident Office & Facilities Specialist with previous experience in a busy fast paced environment, who has an eye for detail and likes being part of a team, if the sounds like you this job could suit you perfectly.
|KEY DELIVERABLES (WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE?)||% of role|
|Provide support to the European Facilities Manager across all aspects of the delivery of FM services to the premises.||10|
|Assist with the coordination and the supervision of the day-to-day maintenance of buildings, facilities and service including aspects of security, reception and front office activities, cleaning, catering, conferencing, hospitality and all other FM related services.||10|
|Assisting with the implementation of health and safety standards and ensuring compliance of Perform’s Health and Safety Policy, as well as implementing national Health and Safety standards||10|
|Assisting in co-ordinating the space planning, office moves and minor alterations to office spaces involving the planning and organisation of building works in line with national building standards and management of external contractors.||10|
|Monitor performance and compliance of contractors for Cleaning & Waste Management, M&E and Fabric Maintenance, and Vending and other 3rd party services.||10|
|Oversee the management and distribution of all mail, faxes couriers and other deliveries.||10|
|Perform other reasonable duties as requested or required to ensure effective service delivery.||10|
|Help with contact processes related to office moves and fit outs||5|
|Order stationary, kitchen supply’s and other consumables.||5|
|Manage the meeting room booking system for all meeting rooms and bookable areas.||5|
|Assist in maintenance of all site-specific procedures and documentation.
Carry out general FM duties and maintenance checks within the property.
|Help with project work related to office moves and fit outs||5|
