SO WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?

You will join the Group Project team that is responsible for delivering large infrastructure project across the entire Perform Group. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be assisting the Project Management team in defining project scope, budget, timescales and project acceptance criteria.

You will primarily be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks within the project lifecycle.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE? % of role
 

  • Maintaining and updating project governance documents such as the Statement of Work and Bill of Materials document.

  • Ensuring all electronic documentation is correctly filed

  • Be responsible for raising all Purchase Orders on behalf of the Project Manager

  • Tracking of goods to Perform and receipting of goods.

  • Work closely with the Finance team to provide real time financial tracking and spend forecast

  • Generating project reporting on behalf of the Project Managers
