JOB PURPOSE (SO WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?)

Goal Studios, the Perform Group’s specialist digital football agency is looking for an experienced publisher partnerships account to oversee operational interactions with brand publishers for DAZN (our OTT sports platform) and Perform’s wider media business (including Goal.com) across Italy.

As digital account manager with at least 5 years’ experience in digital and traditional publishing you will apply and optimize DAZN’s global publishing strategy for local needs in Italy. Your goal is to create demand for DAZN, generate Quality Free Trials and shape the identity of DAZN by working closely with DAZN’s editorial, commercial and marketing team, Perform’s own & operated platforms (Goal.com) and 3rd party publishers (Digital, Print, TV, Social platforms).

KEY DELIVERABLES (WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE?) % of role
Bring the publishing strategy alive by setting up and running an efficient key account management structure to ensure that DAZN receives significant promotion value in return for the granted content 20%
Continuous performance review of all platforms and assessment of a partnership in terms of the balance between giving and getting. Set clear KPIs and hold them accountable with acquisition of Free Trials being the biggest objective 20%
Collaborate with the wider Perform media business and make sure that granted DAZN content and investment are used in the best way to support DAZN 20%
Be the catalyst behind ambitious content proposals for distribution purposes and drive them forward with the programming team 10%
Collaborate with respective local verticals inside the Partnership team, the marketing team (especially content marketing, media, social), the other divisions (especially programming, commercial, ops) and Goal Studios 10%
Collaborate with Ops and Programming team to create jointly a scalable distribution infrastructure to ensure efficient content delivery to social platforms/portals and partners 10%
Collaborate with Brand, Creative and Programming team to ensure that all distributed content is DAZN branded and includes full CTAs consistent to the wider marketing campaigns 10%

Experience in Content Marketing, especially digital & social 4
Editorial expertise across all relevant platforms 4
Relationship to the biggest media brands in Italian market 3
