WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?

As a Receptionist, you’ll be responsible for supporting our Hammersmith office working with our DAZN platform.

You’ll carry out reception duties including meeting and greeting all guests, organising meeting rooms and managing switchboard.

We’re looking for a confident receptionist with previous experience in a busy fast paced environment, who has an eye for detail and likes being part of a team, if the sounds like you this job could suit you perfectly.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE?

Managing switchboard and ensuring all calls are direct appropriately

Raising purchase orders and managing receipting

Ordering stationary and subsistence for the office

Management and handling of all Facilities related jobs on the Perform CAFM system

Administrative duties including delivering post, organising couriers.

Visitor management of all guests and visiting Perform staff

 

DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS?

Previously worked in a busy fast paced reception role

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to prioritise multiple task

Confident communicating at all levels

 

DO YOU HAVE THESE DESIRABLES?

Knowledge of Microsoft package Office 365 and google drive

Experience working on a CAFM system

Knowledge of Oracle
