Recruitment Administrator / Business Support (POL0366)
|SO WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?|
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for the day to day business support and recruitment coordination in a high paced environment – where the internal focus is on the quality of service to the growing Recruitment Team, hiring managers as well as internal and external stakeholders. You’ll play the lead part in candidate management; scheduling interviews, booking meeting rooms and gathering & providing feedback. You will also assist in the development of the in-house resourcing function. As a strong business support professional, you will take ownership of valuable data analysis and weekly & monthly reporting including key recruitment projects. Your new role is pivotal to the success of the recruitment function therefore, you will be the type of person who takes pride in delivering high quality administration support with a focus on accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
|WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE?||% of role|
|Provide high volume administrative business support to ensure the Perform recruitment process is followed at all times.||25%|
|Support the Recruiters to ensure that all jobs are correctly opened & approved on the system and advertised both internally and externally||10%|
|Maintain, produce and distribute accurate data & reporting on Excel to multiple senior level stakeholders for various functional reports including weekly resourcing report||25%|
|Be first point of contact for candidates and hiring managers responding to internal & external queries||25%|

|DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN INTERVIEW?||Skill Level (out of 4)|
|Highly proficient in MS office – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word with a strong emphasis on Excel||4|
|Experience in an in-house or recruitment agency as a recruitment administrator or recruitment coordinator||4|
|Must be detail oriented, have strong project management skills and the ability to manage and juggle a large workload whilst maintaining an excellent service level to internal managers and colleagues.||4|
|Experience with ATS (ideally Taleo but other will be considered)||3|
|DO YOU HAVE THESE DESIRABLES?|
|Experience in working in a high paced, medium size or/end international organisation|
|Experience in Technology recruitment / administration and interest in technology|
|A-level or equivalent academic qualification as a minimum|
