SO WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for the day to day administration and recruitment coordination in a high paced, media environment– where the internal focus is on the quality of service to the Recruitment Team, hiring managers as well as internal and external stakeholders. You’ll play the lead part in candidate management; scheduling interviews, booking meeting rooms and gathering feedback. You will also assist in the development of the in-house resourcing function. We would love you to have experience of in-house recruitment resourcing and hold strong administrative skills but would also consider strong agency side experience too. You will work as a part of a small but efficient internal Recruitment team where a full guidance and coaching will be provided.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE? % of role
You’ll provide high volume administrative support to ensure the Perform recruitment process is followed at all times. 35%
Support the Recruiters to ensure that all jobs are approved on the system and placed on the relevant job boards and advertised both internally and externally 10%
Provide the recruitment system and process guidance for hiring managers and wider HR team. 10%
Maintain, produce and distribute accurate data on Excel to multiple stakeholders for various functional reports including weekly resourcing report 10%
Liaise with candidates and hiring managers to schedule and book interviews using Outlook, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Excel 25%
Work at a fast pace whilst maintaining extremely high levels of accuracy and quality
DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN INTERVIEW? Skill Level (out of 4)
Highly proficient in MS office – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word with a strong emphasis on Excel 4
Experience in an in-house or recruitment agency as a recruitment administrator or recruitment coordinator 4
Must be detail oriented, have strong project management skills and the ability to manage and juggle a large workload whilst maintaining an excellent service level to internal managers and colleagues. 4
Experience with ATS (ideally Taleo but other will be considered) 3
 

DO YOU HAVE THESE DESIRABLES?

Experience in working in a high paced, medium size or/end international organisation
Willingness and ability to learn from your colleagues and peers and to take on board new ideas and procedures
A-level or equivalent academic qualification
