Its a really exciting time at Perform Group! We’re a technology company leading the way in sports media and broadcasting and transforming how people watch sports through our full HD live & on-demand OTT sports product, DAZN!

We are building a new IT team in our New York office and are looking for a Senior IT Support engineer to help provide top level service to our high profile customers. This is going to be a flag ship office for a new business venture and we require a superior level of customer service and support for executives and visiting customers.

You will be required to undertake daily BAU incidents and requests around support of personal computers, both Windows and MAC devices, printers, video conferencing and some basic networking tasks.  In the future they may be required to lead a group of Desktop Service Engineers as the role expands.  If you have an excellent ethos of customer service and can delivery exceptional support to executive board meetings and top level visitng customers then this is a fantastic opportunity!

Excellent customer service experience

People management and recruitment responsibilities for the local area/region

Participating in projects within ITS including internal change initiatives (knowledge, process)

Local SPOC for escalations and onsite IT support e.g. network issues

Handling service requests, incident and problem management for internal users

Maintaining user facing infrastructure of desktops, laptops, mobile device and printers including windows and mac

Large meeting and conference support for internal and external customers
