|SO WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?|
The Social Media Manager will be running multiple social programs which include a Fan show, Basketball OTT, Fantasy League, Influencer and Player programs. It’s a lot to do, you’ll have to wear various hats, but you’ll have the support of Marketing managers running their programs and a digital executive to support you.
|WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE?||% of role|
|Define and execute the social media strategy inline with the role as mentioned above.||10%|
|Identify a key group of players in all the tier one markets that will actively promote the FIBA agenda||10%|
|Provide them with support to better their personal brands||10%|
|Drive an annual program that players can sign up to, it grows over time, and based on participation with FIBA will allow them to unlock additional support and incentives from FIBA||10%|
|Similar to the player program we will select a group of influencers for the Tier 1 markets who will help to promote the FIBA Agenda||10%|
|Work with the rest of the team to ensure all our work in being leveraged||10%|
|Work with data scientist to leverage insight for optimisation||10%|
|Define KPIs, report on progress and results in a structured methodical manner||10%|

|Understands the elements of paid and live social (Youtube & Facebook specifically)|

|8+ years’ experience|
|Creative, personable, team player, motivated, energetic, hard worker, who has a keen eye on the numbers and focused on getting the results.|
