Congratulations to Hemna Juneja, Perform’s Head of Application Support, who has been shortlisted for WeAreTechWomen’s TechWomen50 Awards

The TechWomen50 awards are the first of their kind to focus solely on the female tech talent pipeline and recognise the impact of champions, companies and networks that are leading the way.

Hemna is an intensity techno functional leader who joined Perform in April 2011 as a Java Support developer. Over the past 7 years she has, in her own words, “worked her way up the ladder from the ground up.” She has been pivotal in setting up the 24×7 application support function of a team of 25-30 technical engineers from scratch in India and UK, and ensuring 1st class world service to Perform’s customers. Her length and breadth of expertise lies in supporting and monitoring various complex distributed architectures, including latest technologies such as LAMP, Tomcats, NGINX , Rabbit MQ, ELK, New Relic, Application Performance monitoring, Capacity Management and Release Management to name a few.

I love the great culture and people here at Perform, which makes it a fun place to work.  I am extremely passionate about my job and love to work with people to make it a better experience for our customers.

“Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do. The important thing is your ability, your intelligence and your determination.”

Hemna has been shortlisted, but the winning 50 will be decided by a carefully selected panel of judges, along with a “public vote of support.”
