OptaPro launches ProVision, in association with TruMedia

OptaPro, Perform Content’s world-leading data and insights provider for over 200 professional sports teams and national federations, has announced its latest innovative product.

Developed in partnership with TruMedia, ProVision is the innovative analytical tool from OptaPro, designed to support professional clubs and federations across match analysis, opposition scouting and recruitment.

TruMedia, a pioneer in US sports analytics, is highly regarded in the industry – particularly in the NFL and MLB, where they have worked with many of the sports’ leading teams. OptaPro’s latest offering combines TruMedia’s expertise with OptaPro’s work in football/soccer, along with video integration courtesy of Scout7.

Using data from Opta (the world’s leading provider of live, detailed sports data), advanced metrics can be created and integrated within ProVision. These metrics include Expected Goals and Expected Assists, allowing clubs to perform cutting-edge analysis to enhance on-field performance.
