JOB TITLE: Customer Services Adviser (6 month FTC)

 

 

REPORTS TO: Customer Services Manager

 

 

LOCATION: Perform Feltham

 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

 

Working within the busy customer services department, which responds to all inbound customer emails and telephone calls.

 

- Answering email and telephone correspondence to ensure departmental standards are maintained.

- To highlight ways in which to improve the customer journey.

- Any other reasonable ad-hoc duties as required.

 

Measures

 

- To be able to work as part of a team but also be able to work off own initiative when required.

- To answer customer queries in a timely and professional manner and be measured against departmental targets.

- Ability to liaise with other areas of the business including account managers, technical support staff and site developers.

 

Experience

 

- No experience required although an interest and knowledge of the sports and entertainment industries would be an advantage.

- An understanding of the internet would be beneficial.

 

Skills

 

Online

Knowledge of and experience with the online landscape is required, a working knowledge of video streaming technology would be beneficial although not essential.

 

Professional

Ability to work with individuals and groups from all levels of the company structure.

Confident and professional communicator in both written and oral mediums.
