Andrew Croker - Chairman
Andrew Croker joined Perform in October 2007. Prior to that he was a member of the Management Board of Sportfive, the world's largest football marketing company. In his role as Executive Chairman, Andrew is responsible for the long term growth and expansion of the business. Andrew has worked in the sports and media business for over 30 years. He was the first Head of Sport at BSB, the forerunner to Sky Sports, started and ran IMG's Worldwide Football Division, and was Marketing Director at Sportal.
Simon Denyer - Division Chief Executive Officer
Simon Denyer founded Inform Group in 2005 and during its short life created a series of new revenue streams for rights holders from propositions for the broadband, mobile and online gaming sectors. He successfully negotiated the merger between Inform Group and Premium TV and is now Joint CEO of Perform. Previous to setting up Inform, Simon was the head of new media rights at IMG/TWI and the sales director of Sportal. Over the last 10 years he has worked on the digital media strategy and distribution for most major sports rights holders.
Oliver Slipper - Group Chief Executive Officer
Oliver joined Premium TV in 2001 and was promoted to the top role from his previous role as Commercial Director in January 2006. Since taking over Oliver has negotiated the buy out of Premium TV by Access Industries and the successful merger with Inform Group. Prior to Premium TV, Oliver worked in Accenture's Media & Entertainment division, working on clients such as Sony Playstation, Cable & Wireless Communications and NTL. Oliver is a keen sportsman and was formerly a professional cricketer with Surrey County Cricket Club.

Andy joined as Chief Operating Officer in September 2001. Andy has extensive retail, e-Commerce and commercial experience. He has been Managing Director of Direct Home Entertainment, a division of Carlton Communications plc, and Business Development Director of Appliancezone Ltd, the US based e-Commerce Service Provider for the Consumer Electronics industry. Andy was previously at Kingfisher in various senior Merchandising, Buying, Marketing and Home Shopping roles. Andy started his career in FMCG Marketing at Carlsberg Tetley.

Stefano is a founder Director of Inform Group and joined Perform through the merger between Inform and Premium TV. A multi platform sponsorship and advertising expert, he is responsible for sales across the group. Stefano previously worked at Jaguar Racing and international sports management agency CSS-Stellar. He is a loyal fan of Wimbledon RFC a keen cyclist and claims to love lycra!

John Gleasure was one of the original Directors of Inform prior to their merger with Premium TV in September 2007. In his role as MD of Asia Pacific, John is responsible for the long term growth and expansion of Perform Channels and Services in the key developed and emerging markets of APAC. John has worked in the sports, media, telecom, gaming and entertainment businesses for over 13 years at leading companies including EMI Records, BSkyB, Hutchison Whampoa and Sony Pictures. John has been at the forefront of mobile service development including first Premier League and UEFA Champions League mobile services and the first made for mobile sports TV channel.

Neil has extensive online commercial and operational experience and with his background in retail, has a clear understanding of the importance of delivering service excellence to Perform's clients and their customers.

Howard joined PTV in July 2001 and has unique experience of managing large scale technical projects at the cutting edge of the new media industry. Howard was educated at the London School of Economics where he conducted some of the very first research into real world methodologies for web site development. Howard came to PTV having been Technical Development Director at web consultancy Hyena Ltd where he delivered number of complex projects for public sector and SME clients. In his time at PTV has been responsible for the development of our market leading content and subscription management systems and overall technical strategy. He currently responsible for Infrastructure, Software Architecture, Project Delivery and Client Services.

Alex joined Premium TV as Head of Mobile Products and Services in 2003, before taking over Premium TV's rights sales division in 2005. In November 2006 Alex moved to Sydney to set-up and manage the business' first office outside of the UK and is now General Manager of Perform Australia. Alex joined from Omnicom where he performed a variety of commercial and marketing roles.

Digital Media specialist Jamie Rice started his career as a production manager at Universal Sports Marketing. At Video Networks Limited he extended his production responsibilities as the company pioneered VOD content of the Premier League for the Home Choice brand. In 2002 he was involved with the creation of a broadband sports portal (ultimately sold to UK Betting PLC) where he was responsible for the production and delivery of all the sports content produced. Jamie joined Perform in June 2007 as Football Production Executive where he oversaw the launch of the Premier League production for international broadband and mobile partners and Virgin Media's award winning football site. He was promoted to Head of Production responsible for the department's production content output across TV, broadband and mobile in February 2008.

Chris Mutimer - Director and CEO, Sportal
Chris has deep commercial experience in digital new media, having architected the Sportal business model from a dot-com in 1999 to the multi-faceted digital media success that Sportal is today. He has a reputation of successful delivery on large scale new media projects, including project managing the AFL Telstra network from planning to delivery in 2001, to a 330 people content project for the 2006 Commonwealth Games to more recently multi-platform mobile projects and the formation and launch of the NRL Club Network. He also founded Sportal's businesses in New Zealand and India, both of which have proven to be commercially successful. Chris has managed Sportal's commercial operations since inception. He is currently a Director and CEO of Sportal, a substantial equity holder and responsible for the company performance. Chris drives business success through managing all day to day operations of the business including IT development, production, design, content and commercial operations. Chris has a Bachelor of Business (Acc.), a Master of Business Administration and is a CPA.
